Severe Thunderstorms For The Upper Midwest; Monsoon Continues In The Southwest

Strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible today in portions of the upper Midwest into the Great Lakes region. Heavy rain, large hail, and damaging winds will all be possible, but a tornado cannot be ruled out either.
