Severe weather and flash flooding possible Sunday for the northern Plains and Upper Midwest
Severe weather will be possible Sunday across much of the northern Plains. The Storm Prediction Center has highlighted Slight and Moderate Risks mainly for large hail and damaging winds, but an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out. Across the Upper Midwest, heavy rainfall could lead to isolated flash flooding with 1 to 2 inches of rainfall possible over the next 24 hours.
