Heavy Snow and hazardous travel conditions expected

Heavy Snow will be possible to the lee of the Great Lakes. More snow is also expected over parts of the Appalachians, Northern Mid-Atlantic and the Plains. A front will bring rain and high elevation snow to the Pacific Northwest as near record warmth continues in southern California.
