THE WATERS. A COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND
WEDNESDAY AND CROSS THE WATERS BY WEDNESDAY EVENING. HIGH
PRESSURE WILL GRADUALLY BUILD ACROSS THE NORTHEAST FOR THURSDAY
INTO THE WEEKEND.
