Heavy Rain and Flash Flooding Possible Central Gulf Coast to the Southeast

Locally heavy rain will impact the central Gulf Coast to the Southeast today. Several inches of rain could fall in just a few hours. Severe thunderstorms with damaging winds and hail are possible in the Southeast and south Texas.
