THE BUILDING HIGH PRESSURE RESULTS IN A TIGHTENING PRESSURE GRADIENT WITH GUSTY EAST AND NORTHEAST WINDS POSSIBLY REACHING CAUTIONARY OR LOW END ADVISORY CRITERIA AT TIMES.
