Remnant Moisture from Cindy Bringing Heavy Rain and Possible Flooding

Post Tropical Storm Cindy is interacting with a frontal system to produce an area of heavy rain that could cause flooding. The front will move through the Middle-Atlantic states Saturday morning and offshore in the afternoon.
