Heavy Rain and Flood Threat Continues; Wintry Mix Extends from the Plains to the Northeast; and Snow in the West

Additional rainfall from the Southern Plains to the Ohio Valley will enhance the threat for additional flash flooding and main stem river flooding. Areas of accumulating snow and ice are expected across portions of the Central Plains to the Northeast.
