Warm Heavy Rains for Northwestern California and the Pacific Northwest

A deep plume of moisture will be directed at the northern half of the west coast through mid week. Very warm air with this system will cause snow levels to rise above 8,000 feet, with several inches of rain possible, especially along southwest facing mountains.
