Severe weather and flash flooding will be possible again on Thursday

Severe weather will be possible Thursday from the southern Plains to the southern Appalachians. Damaging winds and large hail are the primary threats. In addition, heavy rainfall could lead to flash flooding across portions of the Tennessee and Ohio Valleys.

THIS PATTERN WILL RESULT IN LIGHT TO MODERATE WINDS ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY AFTERNOON...THEN W TO NW WINDS WILL START TO INCREASE ACROSS THE OUTER WATERS FOR LATE IN THE WEEK AND THE WEEKEND.
