Synopsis...AT 02Z...OR 7 PM PDT...HIGH PRESSURE WAS OVER THE EASTERN PACIFIC AND A 998 MB LOW WAS OVER SOUTHERN NEVADA. ACROSS THE OUTER WATERS...STRONG NW FLOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THU NIGHT. THIS STRONG NW FLOW WILL GENERATE AN EDDY CIRCULATION FOR PORTIONS OF THE INNER WATERS.

Tonight: NW winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts to 45 kt...diminishing to 20 to 30 kt with gusts to 35 kt late. Combined seas 13 to 16 ft dominant period 11 seconds.

Thu: NW winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts to 40 kt. Combined seas 10 to 13 ft dominant period 10 seconds.

Thu Night: NW winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts to 40 kt...becoming 20 to 25 kt with gusts to 35 kt after midnight. Combined seas 9 to 12 ft dominant period 9 seconds.

Fri: NW winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts to 30 kt. Combined seas 7 to 10 ft dominant period 9 seconds.

Fri Night: NW winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts to 30 kt...becoming N 15 to 20 kt with gusts to 25 kt after midnight. Combined seas 7 to 9 ft. Patchy fog after midnight.

Sat: NW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts to 25 kt. Combined seas 7 to 8 ft. Patchy fog in the morning.
