Heavy Rain and Potential for Flash Flooding

Strong to severe thunderstorms are forecast to develop along a frontal system stretching from portions of the Mississippi Valley into the Ohio Valley. These storms may produce heavy rain and flash flooding. The threat shifts east on Friday.
