Winter Storm in the North-Central U.S. through Midweek

A storm system in the central U.S. will continue to produce widespread snow from the north-central Plains to the northern Great Lakes region through Wednesday. Numerous Winter Storm Warnings and Winter Weather Advisories are in effect, with a swath of snowfall on the order of 8 to 12 inches in portions of South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
