DISSIPATING COLD FRONT ON FRIDAY. STRONG SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE
WILL BUILD INTO THE EASTERN STATES THIS WEEKEND. THIS WILL TURN
WINDS NORTHEASTERLY WHILE INCREASING.
