NEEDLES. WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE THOUGH
SUNDAY...WITH AN INTERMITTENT WEAK COASTAL EDDY DURING THE
OVERNIGHT HOURS. A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE WILL BRING STRONGER WINDS
MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY.
