Synopsis...AT 8 AM PDT...A 1017 MB HIGH WAS AROUND 50 SW OF LOS ANGELES AND A 1008 MB LOW PRESSURE TROUGH STRETCHED FROM DEATH VALLEY TO NEEDLES. WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE THOUGH SUNDAY...WITH AN INTERMITTENT WEAK COASTAL EDDY DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE WILL BRING STRONGER WINDS MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY.

Today: Wind variable less than 10 kt...becoming SW 10 kt in the afternoon. Wind waves 2 ft or less. Mixed swell W 2 to 3 ft at 8 seconds and SW 2 to 3 ft at 16 seconds.

Tonight: Wind W 10 kt in the evening...becoming variable less than 10 kt. Wind waves 2 ft or less. Mixed swell W 2 to 3 ft at 8 seconds and SW 2 ft at 15 seconds.

Sun: Wind variable less than 10 kt...becoming SW 10 kt with gusts to 15 kt in the afternoon. Wind waves 2 ft or less. Mixed swell W 2 to 3 ft at 7 seconds and SW 2 to 3 ft at 17 seconds.

Sun Night: Wind W 10 kt. Gusts to 15 kt in the evening. Wind waves 2 ft or less. Mixed swell W 2 to 3 ft at 7 seconds and SW 2 to 3 ft at 17 seconds.

Memorial Day: Wind variable less than 10 kt...becoming W 10 kt with gusts to 15 kt in the afternoon. Wind waves 2 ft or less. Mixed swell W 2 to 3 ft at 8 seconds and SW 2 to 3 ft at 16 seconds.

Mon Night: Wind W 10 kt with gusts to 15 kt... Becoming SW after midnight. Wind waves 3 ft in the evening...becoming 2 ft or less. Mixed swell W 3 to 5 ft and SW 2 ft.

Tue: Wind variable less than 10 kt...becoming W 10 to 15 kt with gusts to 20 kt in the afternoon. Wind waves 2 ft or less... Becoming 3 ft in the afternoon. Mixed swell W 4 to 5 ft and SW 2 ft.

Tue Night: Wind W 15 kt...becoming 10 kt after midnight. Gusts to 20 kt. Wind waves 3 to 4 ft in the evening...becoming 2 ft or less. Mixed swell W 4 to 5 ft and SW 1 to 2 ft.

Wed: Wind SW 10 kt. Wind waves 2 ft or less. Mixed swell W 3 to 4 ft and SW 1 ft.

Wed Night: Wind W 10 to 15 kt. Gusts to 20 kt in the evening. Wind waves 3 ft in the evening...becoming 2 ft or less. Mixed swell W 4 to 6 ft and SW 1 ft.
