LOW WILL BE DEVELOPING ON THURSDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT RESULTING IN
MODERATE TO STRONG EAST TO NORTHEAST WINDS. THE LOW WILL PUSH EAST
OF THE REGION ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON WITH STRONG OFFSHORE WINDS
DEVELOPING.
