Severe thunderstorms possible over the Mid Atlantic and Northeast U.S.

Severe thunderstorms may develop Monday afternoon and evening over portions of the Mid Atlantic and Northeast U.S. A few of the storms could contain damaging winds, large hail, and heavy rainfall.
