Severe Thunderstorms And Heavy Rain Expected From Ohio Valley To Interior Northeast

Scattered to numerous severe thunderstorms are expected from the Ohio Valley to western New England this afternoon and evening ahead of a strong cold front. Widespread damaging winds and a few tornadoes are possible, mainly over parts of New York into Pennsylvania. In addition, these storms may contain heavy rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.
