Severe weather outbreak possible over portions of the Southern Plains today and tonight

Severe thunderstorms will likely develop over portions of Texas and Oklahoma this afternoon into tonight. Very large hail, destructive winds, isolated tornadoes, and heavy downpours will be the main threats. Heavy rain could lead to localized flash flooding concerns.
