Heavy rain, flooding, and mountain snow in Calfornia, severe thunderstorms from Texas to Oklahoma

A series of storm systems will bring a continued threat for heavy rainfall, flooding, very heavy mountain snowfall, and strong winds to California into Tuesday. The threat for flooding, mudslides, and dangerous travel is expected to continue.
