Heavy rain in the East on Monday

A slow moving storm system will bring heavy rain to much of the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast on Monday. The heaviest rainfall is expected from southwest Virgina to southern New England. In these areas, 1 to 2 inches of rainfall is possible by Monday evening.
