Coastal storm bringing wind, rain, and wintry precipitation to the Northeast

A strengthening low pressure storm system will move from the Mid-Atlantic coast to the New England coast through Tuesday. This storm will bring soaking rains, strong winds, and coastal flooding to New England during this period.
