Heavy snow expected over the Inter-mountain West; Lake Effect Snow will finally diminish on Saturday

A series of storm systems will continue bring heavy snowfall to much of the Inter-mountain West through the weekend. Snow will also spread onto the northern Plains, with travel difficulties possible.
