Heavy Rain and Thunderstorms in the Deep South and portions of the east coast

A slow moving frontal boundary will continue to bring areas of heavy rain and thunderstorms in the Deep South and East coast early this week. A low pressure system will akeep conditions wet and cool through mid-week in the Upper Midwest.
