Severe Thunderstorms Returning to The Plains; Chance of Severe Storms in Mid-Atlantic too

A new Pacific storm moving into the Plains will spark a new round of severe thunderstorms in the Plains with potential for damaging winds, very large hail, and tornadoes Tuesday. Heavy rains may produce flash floods, especially from north-central Texas into Kansas. In the Mid-Atlantic, there will be a chance of severe thunderstorms.
