Severe Weather Threats Moves into Lower Great Lakes,Tennessee Valley on Wednesday

Severe weather is expected on Wednesday from the Lower Great Lakes into the Tennessee Valley. Primary threats will be damaging winds and large hail. Isolated tornadoes will also be possible. Farther south, Tuesday night thunderstorms could continue into Wednesday morning with some damaging winds and hail.

Overnight Scattered showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 60. South southwest wind 3 to 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%.

Wednesday Rain and thunderstorms likely, then rain and possibly a thunderstorm after 9am. High near 71. South southeast wind 5 to 8 mph becoming west in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New rainfall amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.
