Heavy Rainfall And Significant Flooding Possible Over Portions Of The Southern Plains

A series of slow moving storm systems will continue to bring the threat for very heavy rainfall on top of saturated ground over much of central and southern Texas this week. The potential exists for significant flash and river flooding through the end of the week and possibly into the upcoming weekend.
