Severe weather possible across parts of Intermountain West and northern Plains

The NWS Storm Prediction Center is forecasting a Slight Risk of severe thunderstorms Monday afternoon and evening across parts of Intermountain West and northern Plains, from eastern Idaho across much of Montana and into the western Dakotas. Meanwhile there is a Marginal Risk of severe thunderstorms across parts of the central and southern Plains as well as from the mid-Atlantic to the Gulf Coast.
