Winter Storm to bring snow, ice, and dangerous travel to New England, Inclement weather expected over the western U.S.

A winter storm will bring a hazardous combination of snow and ice across much of northern New England through tonight. Treacherous travel conditions are likely. The combination of rain and snow melt will also cause ice jam flooding concerns over portions of the Northeast over the next few days.
