Isolated Severe Thunderstorms and Heavy Rain Expected

A few severe thunderstorms are expected across west Texas and eastern New Mexico into Tuesday morning. More strong storms are possible for parts of Kansas and southern Iowa, northern Missouri and west central Illinois. Heavy rain with localized flash flooding is possible across parts of Kansas and Oklahoma.
