LIFTS BACK NORTH ON MONDAY AS A WAVE OF LOW PRESSURE MOVES ACROSS
THE AREA MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY MORNING. HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN
BUILD IN FROM THE NORTH LATE TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY.
