Severe weather possible across parts of Plains, New England, flash flooding possible across southern Plains

The NWS Storm Prediction Center is forecasting a Slight Risk of severe thunderstorms Thurs. afternoon and evening across parts of the central & southern Plains, with large hail, damaging winds & a few tornadoes possible. There is also a Slight Risk of severe thunderstorms across New England, where damaging wind gusts will be the main threat. Flash flooding is also possible across TX, OK and KS.
