Severe weather possible for parts of northern Plains and Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic

The NWS Storm Prediction Center is forecasting a risk of severe thunderstorms Thursday afternoon and evening across parts of the northern Plains and Midwest, from northeastern MT across much of ND, eastern SD and parts of western MN into northern and central Iowa, as well as parts of the Mid-Atlantic, from extreme northern SC across much of NC and into extreme southern VA.
