Monday...Mostly cloudy. Areas of fog and slight chance of rain in the morning...then chance of rain in the afternoon. Visibility one mile or less at times in the morning. Highs in the upper 40s. Light winds then becoming northwest 10 to 15 mph in the afternoon. Chance of rain 30 percent.

Monday Night...Mostly cloudy with a 50 percent chance of rain and snow. Brisk. Lows in the upper 20s. Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts to around 35 mph.
