Severe weather possible in the Central and Southern U.S this weekend

The NWS Storm Prediction Center expects severe weather in the Central and Southern Plains tonight. During the day on Sunday, the threat of severe weather shifts east, extending from the Southern Plains to the Southeast. The area of greatest concern on Sunday is in eastern Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana. In these areas, large hail, damaging winds and even an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out.
