Coastal waters from Edisto Beach SC to Savannah GA out 20 nm...

At 435 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Hilton Head Reef to Buoy L, moving
east at 20 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.
