* At 345 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 7 nm east of Jimmy Leland Tug to near Capers Reef,
  moving northeast at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater and small hail.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
