.DISCUSSION...
Winds will turn light and variable for most of the overnight hours
with a clearing trend also continuing tonight. Breezes will increase
Thursday afternoon from the west northwest with humidity dropping to
less than 15 percent. A few weak showers and thunderstorms will be
possible in the San Juan mountains of Colorado late in the afternoon
and into the early evening, which will send out gusty north winds
toward the burn between 6 and 9 pm Thursday evening, but no rainfall
is expected from these distant storms. Winds will then settle after
midnight, generally out of the east northeast with winds then turning
west again Friday afternoon. A few weak showers and thunderstorms will
be possible Friday afternoon, but will produce little, if any,
measurable rainfall.
