.DISCUSSION...

The increase in Gulf moisture from the east Wednesday morning has
been scoured out of western and central NM with dewpoint temperatures
back into the upper teens and low 20s. A weak upper trough
over Arizona will bring a slight increase in west winds Thursday
afternoon. These winds will continue to bring in dry air from the
west Friday through the weekend.
