...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 900 PM MDT
FOR SOUTHEASTERN QUAY AND NORTHERN CURRY COUNTIES...
At 818 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near San Jon to 11 miles northwest of Wheatland to 6
miles northeast of Quay, moving south at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 70 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
Locations impacted include...
Quay, San Jon, Grady, Ragland, Broadview, Wheatland, Bellview,
Forrest, Mcalister, and Bard.
This includes I-40 between mile markers 339 and 363.

building.
Accumulations of hail on roads can create very slick and hazardous
