.DISCUSSION...
Dry conditions will remain over the Steen WMA area through this
evening, with temperatures topping out in the mid 80s. Relative
humidity values will fall to near 30 percent by mid afternoon as
winds increase out of the south 10 to 12 mph with gusts nearing
20 mph after 1500. Unless rain falls over the area between midnight
and 0400, relative humidity recovery tonight will only be around
70 percent. Winds will be higher Saturday, out of the west 15 to
23 mph with gusts of 30 to near 35 mph.
