Weak low pressure over the northern Gulf dissipates by Thu
afternoon. Weak high pressure moves over the Gulf through Fri
morning. A 1003 mb low forms at 58N 150W Fri afternoon and moves
to 57N 149W at 999 mb by Sat morning.
