* Special Marine Warning for...
  James River from James River Bridge to Hampton Roads
  Bridge-Tunnel...
  James River from Jamestown to the James River Bridge...
  York River...

* Until 1145 AM EDT.

* At 1045 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 14 nm northwest of Cobham Bay to 24 nm southwest of
  Burwell Bay, moving northeast at 45 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Hampton River Inlet, James River Bridge, Hampton Flats, Monitor
  Merrimack Bridge Tunnel, Willoughby Bay, Sewells Point, Burwell
  Bay, Dominion Pier, Cobham Bay, and Coleman Bridge.
