  Chesapeake Bay from Little Creek VA to Cape Henry VA including the
  Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel...
  Chesapeake Bay from New Point Comfort to Little Creek VA...

* Until 1230 AM EDT.

* At 1154 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located over Plantation Light, moving southeast at
  25 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts 34 knots or greater, and small
           hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Buoy 36a, Fishermans Island, The Hump, Latimer Shoal, Plantation
  Light, Cabbage Patch, Kiptopeke Concrete Ships, and Cape Charles
  Harbor.
