  Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel...
  Chesapeake Bay from New Point Comfort to Little Creek VA...

* Until 645 PM EDT.

* At 533 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from near Burwell
  Bay to near James River Bridge to 8 nm southwest of Monitor
  Merrimack Bridge Tunnel, moving northeast at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots, small hail, with
           waterspouts also possible.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
