At 444 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Leedstown to near Newtown to Richmond. Movement
was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

  Richmond, Mechanicsville, Champlain, Highland Springs, Saint
  Stephens Church, Manquin, East Highland Park, Leedstown, Studley,
  and Aylett around 450 PM EDT.
  Tappahannock, Montross, and Newland around 455 PM EDT.
  Millers Tavern and Tunstall around 500 PM EDT.
  King William, Warsaw, Dunnsville, and Bottoms Bridge around 505 PM
  EDT.
  Stevensville around 510 PM EDT.
  Talleysville, Haynesville, Hague, Coles Point, and Center Cross
  around 515 PM EDT.
  King And Queen Court House around 520 PM EDT.
