...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN WHEELER AND NORTHERN
COLLINGSWORTH COUNTIES THROUGH 800 AM CDT...

At 713 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Shamrock, moving east at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Shamrock, Twitty, and Lela.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 147 and 176.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
