Rain will continue through at least the mid-afternoon, with the
chance for rain remaining close to 100 percent through 2 PM and
above 50 percent through 7 PM. The chance for rain will fall below
15 percent after 10 PM. There is a small (15%) chance for a
rumble of thunder today. Winds will tend to be out of the east
northeast this afternoon and then out of the north this evening
with speeds around 5 to 10 mph.
