...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL WINONA...SOUTHEASTERN
BUFFALO AND TREMPEALEAU COUNTIES THROUGH 445 AM CDT...

At 359 AM CDT, the public reported a strong thunderstorm near Winona,
moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Public reported pea sized hail and heavy rainfall in
         Mondovi at 345 AM CDT.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail
         damage to vegetation is possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Arcadia around 420 AM CDT.
  Whitehall and Blair around 440 AM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this storm include Highway 95 And County
D, Lock And Dam 5 A, Dodge, Perrot State Park, Chimney Rock,
Marshland, Pickwick, Elk Creek, Highway 95 And County C, and North
Creek.

This includes Interstate 94 between mile markers 88 and 91.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
