MINNESOTA THROUGH 900 AM CDT...

At 823 AM CDT, automated weather observations reported gusty winds
behind a line of showers extending from near Zumbrota to 6 miles
northeast of Stewartville. Movement was east at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Rochester, Dodge Center, Mantorville, Kasson, Stewartville, Byron,

Mazeppa, West Concord, Dover, Altura, Marion, High Forest, and
Wasioja.
