...STRONG WINDS BEHIND LINE OF SHOWERS WILL AFFECT AREAS ALONG AND
WEST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER THROUGH 115 PM CDT...

At 1228 PM CDT, Doppler radar and surface observations indicated
gusty showers along a line extending from 8 miles northeast of
Buffalo City to near Eyota to 9 miles west of Harpers Ferry.
Movement was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated and surface observations.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Rochester, Winona, Decorah, La Crescent, Waukon, Cresco, Arcadia,
Caledonia, Wabasha, Whitehall, Preston, Lansing, Alma, Buffalo,
Stewartville, Byron, Goodview, St. Charles, Plainview, and Chatfield.

This includes Interstate 90 in Minnesota between mile markers 193 and
276.
